Certification in Orthopedic Massage

Certification in Orthopedic Massage has three requirements.

1. Complete the six core workshops of the Advanced Training:
   
• Neck and Thorax
• Low Back
• Shoulder
• Knee, Hip and Thigh
• Wrist, Hand and Elbow
• Foot, Ankle and Lower Leg

Note: The Headache and Common Injuries workshops do not fullfil this requirement.

2. Pass the written exams given during the workshops.

3. Take one private tutoring session on the topic of each workshop with any of the instructors. Each private lesson reinforces the hands-on work covered in the workshop, i.e., tests, palpations and frictions. The private lesson is $60 and usually lasts 30-45 minutes.
